Howdy! My name is Sarah Silverstein and I’m the store manager of Dulles Nutrition Corner! I started myfitness journey 8 years ago after moving down to West Virigina from Rhode Island. I knew I wanted tochange and that becoming healthier needed to be a priority. After dropping a total of 80+ pounds overthe years, it is my passion to help others become the best versions of themselves. I even switched myundergraduate degree to nutrition to be able to better serve those in the community. I have such a drawto this area of the fitness industry that I am currently finishing my Master’s Degree in nutrition as well ascompeting in powerlifting.
